US were very responsive and fixed the problem that we had. The house was very cute and cozy. Also the beautiful Hays Bridge is 5minutes' walk away from the house. We enjoyed walking to the bridge and watching sunrise and sunset everyday. If we have a opportunity to visit San Antonio again, absolutely we will stay at US place again.

Our 30-day stay at The Hideout was exceptional, thanks to Susan and Ugr, who made us feel at home. This place is a cozy sanctuary with impeccable amenities. If you want a home-like experience, The Hideout is the perfect choice. Susan and Ugr's hospitality is unparalleled. We can't wait to return!

The hosts are such sweet people! I stayed here for my first semester in grad school at UTSA. I felt very comfortable in their airbnb and it was an easy 20 minute drive to campus. I didn’t have any problems with the apartment or the hosts. I highly recommend it for a college student or anyone who needs a small, quiet place to stay in San Antonio.

This is a very cozy space in a wonderful location. It is a short walk away from Downtown San Antonio and The Pearl area, so you’ll always have access to fun things to do even without a car. The neighborhood is very walkable and the space is right by the Hays Bridge, an awesome spot with a great view (and nice breeze always coming through, helpful in the summer). The Wi-Fi is awesome; had no trouble taking online classes at the same time as my partner, so if you’ll be working from home, it’ll be reliable. I will note that if you’re very interested in cooking at home a lot or doing so for a longer stay, the kitchen space is small but workable. Also, if you’re sensitive to noise, this might not be the place for you. Aside from train noise in the distance (which I found easy to ignore), the neighbors over the course of our stay became increasingly louder (e.g., outdoor gatherings and parties). Perhaps this is less of a problem during winter where people spend time indoors. While I was still able to fall asleep, light sleepers or people who have trouble falling asleep would not have as good of a time. Aside from that, the place was perfect and am sure going to miss it after nearly four months of being there. Hosts are also very responsive and attentive, another big plus.
