Waterfront bungalow with 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath and a full size pullout sofa bed. This unique vacation home is in a residential area situated along the historic Steinhatchee River has everything you need and want! Here you'll have access to some of Florida's most amazing FISHING and SCALLOPING areas. Take the 20 minute boat ride at idle speed from the 32 foot private dock with all tide access to the GULF OF MEXICO - RELAX, then FALL IN LOVE with nature and real Florida. Relax on the huge screened porch with sectional couch and bar that over look the river. Enjoy the beautiful deck and dock area by dangling your feet in the water as you wait for your bobber to go under. Hop on your boat for a fun day of fishing, scalloping, and sunset cruise. You won’t have to worry about the busy boat ramp with our all access private dock. You can put your boat in one time and leave it for the duration of your stay. You will be just a short golf cart ride to restaurants, Marina’s, and Steinhatchee night life.

I had a great time with this stay. The place was very clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and pans. You can’t beat the price considering location. Finally, Beverly was great at communicating and answering any and all questions. Very happy with stay. 😊

We had a fantastic trip!! We were able to go scalloping and fishing. We enjoyed riding the river so much.. Perfect location. My family and I will definitely book again.!!!

This house was perfect for our family! The owner was very responsive and helpful for all of our needs. We were able to check in early which was a bonus for the kids while we launched the boat. It was also very convenient to have our own dock to leave our boat and not have to deal with the boat ramp everyday. Another great thing about this place was the AMAZING porch! Very spacious and so relaxing to sit outside and drink your morning coffee! Will definitely be staying here again.
