My husband loved building a fire in the fireplace inside the cabin. Also, we loved the walk down to the lake where the canoes were Lots of games and activities at the cabin for us to do on rainy days. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

The cabin was easy to find and very clean. It had all of the kitchen supplies that we needed. It was a quick hike to the water. We got a little muddy getting the canoe into the water since there was no dock in yet. The only drawback of the cabin was there wasn't enough lighting in the main living space in my opinion. Otherwise we had a great trip with our family of 5 and dog.

Nice cabin located in the woods. Definitely a quiet community although we did stay there during the off season. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Greg and Pia’s! The cabin was spacious, and was so peaceful. We really loved how secluded the place was but it was still close enough to civilization that we didn’t feel too secluded. The walk down to the lake from the cabin was the perfect walk for the dogs, kids and I. The weather was too chilly to really enjoy the lake but we are already planning to go back during the summer. The cabin is really close to Deep Creek State Park and there is a ton to do there. There’s also some great local restaurants and a Farmers Market with a huge candy section that was really fun. They have a great house manual with a ton of local recommendations. The house was very well stocked, we cooked almost every night and the kitchen was perfect for it. We also expected service to be spotty with how secluded it was, but we had zero issues with cell service. Overall, this was a really great stay and we had a lot of fun. I can’t wait for our next trip here!
