Mark is a very graceful and responsive host. His home is in prestige condition and very warm. It makes you feel at home. Both of his caretakers are very courteous and very responsive. Highly recommended home and host. I would definitely stay here again if time permits.

If you're traveling to Cebu with your family or friends, Mark's place is a great place to stay and affordable. We stayed at this airbnb for four days. Check in was smooth and the caretaker Nak was very friendly and hospitable upon our arrival. Both rooms had air-conditioning as well as the living room and dining room area. The place had complete utensils and we were able to cook breakfast and dinner. The place was very clean and spacious for a group of 5 people and there are also extra beds that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The huge curve tv was also a plus and had netflix. The internet was also good and when we had problems with the wifi signal upstairs, the host was able to send someone and fix the wireless repeater connection. We also availed of the Van transport during our stay so we can easily go around Cebu. Our driver Chad was very polite and was an excellent driver. The place is about 20 minutes away from Cebu IT park, Carbon Market, Ocean Park and SM Sea side which is very good if you plan on visiting those places when you'rein Cebu. I will definitely book Mark's place again when I come back to Cebu!
