A 2-4 minute walk to the University of Manchester, the Manchester Museum, the Manchester School of Art, the Manchester Metropolitan University and the Royal Northern College of Music.
You will likely find that my apartment is very conveniently located for booking your stay due to its South Central location making it ideal for visiting the best of Manchester City Centre's attractions.
The neighborhood is very centrally located and yet remains quiet and serene as it is carefully tucked away in its own private garden surroundings. Neighbours are very polite and respectful and there are a number of nice places to eat within easy walking distance.
The apartment is also less than a 10-12 minute walk to both the O2 Academy and O2 Ritz. The O2 Apollo is also only about a 15 minute walk away.
All major transport routes into and out of the city run from within a 2 minute walking distance of my apartment and there is a bus stop conveniently located directly opposite the apartment building.
If you get a chance remember to visit the Manchester Deansgate Hilton where you can enjoy a traditional Cream Tea in their rooftop restaurant known as Cloud23 on the 23rd floor with spectacular views out across all of Greater Manchester.
The International Anthony Burgess foundation is just an 8 minute walk from us and we are very well placed for accessing many more Central Manchester attractions such as our sensational Manchester Central Library in St. Peter's Square and the adjacent Manchester Town Hall as well as the Manchester Art Gallery.
Matt & Phreds, a Jazz bar in the Northern Quarter do an amazing jam night the first Monday of the month (8pm onwards)
Grano is a bar/cafe 49 Stretford Rd, just a five minute walk from the apartment which does excellent food and drink. Highly recommended.
The Deaf Institute and Sandbox are two alternative bars nearby, also only a 7 minute walk from home.

Reaching the apartment from Manchester Airport:
By Train: Catch the train at Manchester Airport train station to Manchester Oxford Road Station. A single ticket shall cost you around £5 per person and they run 4 times an hour until 22:30. Manchester Oxford Road Train Station is a 12 minute walk from the apartment.
By Bus: Catch the 43 bus from the Manchester Airport bus station (Stand E). Alight the bus at the Royal Northern College of Music and the University of Manchester Alliance Business School (Ask the driver to stop at the stop nearest to Booth Street West).
By Regular Taxi: You will pay around £25-30 during off-peak times Sun-Thursday and up to £38 during peak times, late nights and on Fri/Sat after 4pm.

Buses into Piccadilly Gardens and the famous Northern Quarter in the heart of the city operate very regularly from outside the front door.
Buses to the Trafford Centre and Old Trafford Manchester United Emirates Stadium also operate from outside the front door.
Buses to South Manchester areas such as East and West Didsbury operate from the end of the road a mere 2-3 minute walk from the door.
Deansgate and St Peter's Square Metrolink stops are also a short 15-20min walk away. You can catch trams from here to Media City UK; home to the BBC and in the opposite direction to the Manchester City Ettihad Stadium.
Public transport is exceptionally good in our area, transport is one area you will never need to worry about.
