Great stay for our group. Despite 5 stars just a few things to note for future guests. 1. The living space is adequate but not large. There is not space to eat for more than 10 at a table. 2. Beds are generally softer than most of us liked. 3. Kitchen is well stocked including spices and disposables. And now maybe one of my glass containers :P 4. There are a few games in the drawers in the living room. 5. There is a half bath right inside the entrance at both units.

David was great to work with. Having two ‘gathering’ rooms to hang out was great for a large group of people and access to 12 bedrooms was amazing! We were all glad we could be in one home together. Highly recommend.

Great location, fairly clean and well stocked. We had an issue on our first night when the heat stopped working but once i contacted the host someone arrived within an hour and a half and the issue was resolved

David was tremendous to work with and his space was perfect for a gameday weekend in Ann Arbor. All guests slept comfortably, there was plenty of common space to congregate and David even threw in a few nice touches like complimentary coffee for our guests. Would love to rent again.
