Right on the beach with amazing 50 shades of azure. You cannot top this location in Bora Bora. It has everything you could ever want from an Airbnb and then some. The view is way more amazing than in the photos. Don't waste your money on over-the-water bungalows, book this place, you will not be disappointed. The host is also super friendly, speaks great English and was very welcoming. She even setup a taxi ride for us when we got off the ferry. The lady was waiting with our name on a placard, felt like high-rolling into Vegas. The kitchen is fully stocked, has washer/dryer, hot tub, two kayaks, tons of snorkeling gear, pretty much everything you need for your water adventures in Bora Bora. The best way to enjoy this place is to just relax at the house and in the water right in front of you. No need to book excursions. This is the only excursion you need. Also everything is walkable, restaurants & supermarkets. Highly recommend this place!

The house is just like it looks in the photos. It's hard to really understand before you arrive but the colors are real and as beautiful as can be. I expected the beach to be busier and more crowded. In fact it felt more used by locals than tourists. You can just walk out into the water and see rays and fish immediately. Further out there is plenty of easy snorkeling. You can walk along the beach either way to places to eat. There are a couple of markets nearby as well for supplies. The entrance is right on the only road in Bora Bora so don't expect silence but we found the noise neither disturbing nor annoying. If you stay here and want to explore I'd recommend renting a car; but you could just stay here and have everything within walking distance if you'd rather not. Bora Bora is an exceptional place and I felt the experience of staying in the Villa more authentic than a resort with more freedoms and chance to relax but just as comfortable.

Ouma House was easily the one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at, not just for the stunning location, but also incredible amenities and extremely helpful hosts. We stayed 9 nights and had one of our best ever family holidays. Jacques, our personal concierge was easily accessible and responded immediately to queries or when booking our activities. Petra greeted us in person and gave a complete run-down of all features of the villa, which are all accurate to the description. She even helped us search the house on departure for items we may have left behind. The house is completely refurbished to a high standard and is clean and comfortable with lots of homely touches. It is on the very best part of the Matira beach with the sandy lagoon metres from the deck- perfect for swimming, and the coral deeper water only 100m away. Jacques even arranged our jet ski adventure for a pick up right on the beach in front of us. We loved this placed and can hopefully return again one day!

Incredible location right on the beach with snorkeling and restaurants within walking distance. The place was spotless, and the deck is amazing with a perfect view of the two tone lagoon. The host met us at the house and gave a tour which included some local recommendations. Best Bora place possible, we’re definitely coming back yearly!
