The home was as described and allowed ample room for our large group. The person assigned to be our contact was very helpful. Unfortunately, there was a large mess of trash outside by the road, that wasn't picked up prior to our arrival.

First, we had to wait 15 minutes after our chevk in time. When we entered the home, it was cold. Temperature was 58. We were able to get temperature to 67 in about a couple of hours. We asked about towels and I was told it was still drying. That was about 5 pm. The cycle finished at 6 to bery wet towels. I had to restart the drying cycle 3 times . It took almost 3 hours for the 1st timr under Auto dry. It was still very wet the cycle ended. I called Roshanda and all she could say is sorry and that it was how the owner's dryer works. So I decided to dry it in batches. I kept 4 towels in the dryer and selected timed drying and I selected 1 hour. At the end of the hour, still wet. Added another hour, at the end of the 3rd cycle, it was still wet. My husband and I had to drive to a laudromat at 10:30 pm. We got to the laundromat at 11 pm and used was able to dry all the towels and floor mats (about 9) in 40 minutes. No one should have to do this. DISAPPOINTED.

It was a great place to stay for the weekend. Everything was clean and very spacious for 9 people including a dog. We didn't have any cleaning supplies (dishwasher pods, and dish washing soap) but they were quick to send some over the same day. Communication with the manager was quick and responsive. On the second night, there was no hot water on both bathrooms so we had to take a cold shower. I'm sure it would've been fixed if we waited but still something to be aware of. Overall, we had a good experience staying here.
