A beautiful condo in a pristine location across the street from the beach. You can't get a better location on the island. The rooms were incredibly spacious too--the bedrooms are bigger than the living room. The wrap-around porch overlooking the golf course was perfect for a morning coffee.

Great location with golf course behind and pool, beach, restaurant just across the road. Spacious bedrooms and large deck for beautiful sunsets. End unit, so convenient to parking. First floor, heard some noise from upstairs but never got so bad for us that I had to go upstairs or report it. Amenity card request at additional cost is necessary to access the pool and restaurant, which were very nice. Only 1 gate pass comes with the rental, you need to let them know if you have a second vehicle so you can access the island. Make sure to double check address, Amenity card pick up instructions and gate pass information before your trip.

Overall, I had a decent stay. My biggest issue was the raucous I heard from the neighbor above. There were a couple of days when I had conference calls for work, and I couldn't focus or hear myself think because of the amount of noise I constantly heard from above. The noise bothered my dog, making him uncomfortable and irritated during the whole experience. Outside of that, the area was beautiful, conveniently located right by the golf course and beach. I look forward to returning to Seabrook Island; however, I'll rent a house or get a top-floor condo instead.

I rented this location for my relatives attending our wedding at Seabrook. It was right next door to the venue, the Seabrook Island Club and right across the street from the pool and beach. And it overlooked the 18th hole of the golf course. It was fabulous, comfortable and we would definitely consider staying here again.
