The house is called “El Nido del Aguila” ( “The Eagle’s nest” ). This bedroom has high ceilings, beautiful views and plenty of light. -Office/spare bedroom. This space is next to the kitchen. It is used as an office and has a confortable sofa bed for one person. It features a shower room with loo that is used as the general ground floor bathroom. First floor: - Bedroom 4 is ensuite. It has a double bed and a lovely large private terrace with beautiful views. This bedroom has air conditioning. Top floor: - Bedroom 5, is ensuite. It is perfect for those who like to feel they have their own Eagle's nest ...The views are stunning and there is a large private roof terrace. This bedroom has a 1.80m x 2m double bed that can also be split into 2 single beds. It has air conditioning. This bedroom will be loved by teenagers or able bodied adults! This bedrooms has 2 accesses. One of them is through steep set of steps from the library above the dining room. The other access is through the spiral staircase ( that serves bedroom 4 ) and the top main terrace. LIVING AREA The kitchen comprises two spaces. A back kitchen/entrance with wood burning Aga style oven, separate pantry and access to back garden and the main fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (including electric oven) and a round cherry wood breakfast table . The dining room features a hexagonal marble table and stunning chandelier that hangs from the high ceiling of the library. The dining room and living room are open-plan - the living room is slightly raised and there is access from both to the BBQ area, front terrace, and pool. The dining room also leads up to the library balcony through a narrow set of steps. The living room is a spacious and luminous space. It is confortable and full of character. OUTSIDE AREAS The main terrace and swimming pool are at front of the house. There are beautiful views of the sea and across to Africa. It features a barbecue and sitting and dining areas. The swimming pool is part of the structure of the house and access to the pool, sunbathing lower terrace and garden is across a bridge over the pool from the main terrace - although one can also jump straight in from the main terrace! The main terrace is separated from the pool by an iron fence and gate which make it a security feature when coming out from the house into that space, especially for little children.
