This place has a fantastic location and view of the city. It has lots of plants and a really unique vibe. The house is old so it has a lot of character. The room is very nice and large. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. If we had to point out one thing we didn’t enjoy as much it was the bed. It’s a littler hard and thin. But the location and uniqueness of the house more than makes up for that.

A unique and beautiful place. Really enjoyed my stay at Angie''s place. Veru close to the city centre. She has looked after the place so nicely, it's beautifully decorated. Communications were very quick and she went out of her way to help me find my way through edinburgh. Really liked her recommendations for the fringe as well. I would definitely love to come back here to stay. Thanks :)

The space in this flat is larger than the pictures let on. High ceilings and wide rooms. It’s on the third floor, so the views are amazing. It was a tranquil, clean space and we were encouraged and felt comfortable using all the spaces. Angie and her housemate were warm and welcoming, we enjoyed our chats and were genuinely sad to say goodbye. We came for the Fringe and we were out a lot. The flat is 10 minutes from the station and max we had to walk to Fringe venues from the flat was 20 minutes. Perfect! On your doorstep there is a good variety of restaurants, bars and shops, a Tesco metro, and a cinema. It was lovely discovering this part of Edinburgh. (Carlton Hill) This flat is highly recommended, great location, relaxing space and the hosts are warm, communicative and very kind. We look forward to coming back. Thank you Angie and co.
