Jeremiah's location is great! it is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The bed was big and comfortable. It smelled really good in the entire place. Jeremiah responded quickly! Will definitely stay again if I am ever in the area.

Super nice and easy place to rest your weary head during a long road trip. Host was great, the place was squeaky clean — indeed, cozy and quiet. Made for a great nights sleep.!

Very comfortable bed and furniture, adequately stocked kitchen, lots of games and movies. Bottle of wine was nice touch. Quiet neighborhood and apartment.

We did not have any issues, only questions which Jeremiah was always quick to respond to. Easy access and close to lots of interesting things around town and beyond. Not far from interstate 80 or highway 30 The Cozy Basement was very much that. We enjoyed the quiet comforts and actually spaciousness for the two of us. With two doors into the bedroom it felt much larger than it would otherwise. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Definitely a great place to stay. Keith from KC
