My co-worker and I brought our families on a business trip and this spot suited our needs perfectly. The place was huge, the bunk beds were a plus and the pool was exactly what we needed to keep everyone entertained.

Very nice place, and very responsive host. Perfect for our family to spend time together and enough space for us to be comfortable.

Host was responsive and worked to fix the issues he could fix but the house needs to be updated. House did not match the post pictures (there must have been editing done!) Upon arrival, there was a musty smell and the house is dark and dreary. We opened all the windows to air it out but some windowsills were full of dirt and dead bugs. The pool had broken tiles and debris in the bottom. The hotub was lukewarm and dirty with a very worn, old cover. The house is said to sleep 6+ but there are plates/bowls/utensils for 4 with only two coffee cups. The mattress in the master felt like a big piece of foam and had a noticeable dip to the middle-sleep was not optimal. The listing states "remodeled"-I am not sure painting kitchen cabinets is remodeling. This looks like a house that was purchased for short term rental purposes and did not have any investment into it at all. We made the best of the weekend but were unimpressed with this rental.

This place is nice but I think the biggest bonus is the easy check-out procedures. We just got to leave the house--no stripping beds, no sweeping, no weird trash procedures. That was very nice. The house itself is just okay. The pool has seen better days, with chipped or missing tile pieces. The furniture is cheap and looks like he bought this property for the sole purpose of renting it out as an airbnb--low investment and high return. One of the mattresses on the bunk beds weren't even a real mattress--it was a six-inch foam pad. The bunk beds were rickety and seemed like the cheapest available from walmart. One of the full beds had a crinkly mattress pad on it. There were no extra blankets, no furnishings around the home besides couches--it did not feel homey at all. Even though the listing advertises shampoo and conditioner, it was not available. The kitchen is barely stocked and it has the cheapest utensils available (ex: no strainer; you get exactly eight forks--that's it.)

This house was perfect for my family. The pool was a bit cold but that’s the chance you take in March!
