Not having phones in the rooms so we could contact staff was a challenge and also made contacting each other when my husband left almost impossible since they had no wifi the entire stay (4days). We were told the whole mountain lost wifi, but we drove 5mins down the road and had perfect signal, so that was more than disappointing as we could not use our phones the entire stay unless we left. Not clear parking spot designated for rooms. Our room was SO hot, even with the heater turned off it was insufferable and we had to leave windows open (in 30° weather). The beds were incredibly hard, we all left with a bach ache. There was only basic cable with about 20 channels, with no wifi, and no phones in the room, it wasn't exactly what we had hoped for. Will not be staying here again.

My sister and nieces had a lovely time at the lodge! It was exactly as was described. The decor is warm and inviting. The check-in was SO organized and took less than 1 minute. Good size small fridge in room, with spacious living room area. Such a cozy stay even with the rain and wind! Would highly recommend this little gem.

This place is so cute and honestly really nice. It looks exactly as advertised & has a pool, volleyball net, cornhole, fire pit, etc. More importantly, it’s 15 minutes from Pinecrest Lake, which is a little hidden gem with beautiful hikes and crisp, clear water. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

The Lodge is a little hidden gem. Super cool retro, family camp vibes. Clean and well kept! Pool, firepit and lawn games...centrally located between Twain Harte and Pinecrest, close to the river, lake and trails. Great, helpful staff ;)
