Roy’s place is exactly how looks in the photos. We have stayed in many Airbnb and this one has definitely topped the list. It had everything we needed, everything was so clean and comfortable. Roy was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

I am glad to have chosen this remarkable accommodation for our trip. Everything about it was perfect! Despite the drizzle and wet conditions. We still manage to have a wonderful time at The Bluff. I highly recommend this stay as Roy was very proactive! Giving me all the informations in detail and very precise. My family had a fantastic time and the view was amazing ! I highly recommend this accommodation!

Roy is an attentive and generous host and we loved that he left us an Easter welcome pack and treats for our dog. The Bluff is so beautiful, clean and well appointed. A great floor plan that has everything you could need. This is our second stay and it was even better than the first. You can’t find a better rural property to escape to or a more responsive host. Thanks Roy! We will be back (again).

We had great time for last few days at Roy's farmhouse. clean inside and big area to walk around outside, especially we can have a tea time at night with wood fire area outside. we can see lots of star in the sky if during the clear weather. shopping is not far away from house and also we can have great dinner in town. can't wait to visit here again in winter.
