离市中心不远，对面超市，一切均方便，值得住，以后再来再住。

The house was very accessible, and in no time, we were there. Upon entering, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the place. Everything was spotless: the bed linens, the mattresses, the pillows, the towels, the surfaces, the dishes, and so on. And the house smelled really good. We really needed that because we were exhausted from our long journey. And that's not all, because the house is located opposite a large supermarket, so we were able to easily do our shopping without having to travel far or struggle with heavy bags. It's very conveniently located, just steps away from all types of transportation and with plenty of amenities within walking distance. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything we needed, and the washer and dryer were top-notch too. Additionally, Modern was kind enough to check in on us; when we asked for an extra chair, she sent us two, and she also replenished the consumables in the house that we had used up. It was a very comfortable stay.

We drove 3 hours and arrived early to set up for a surprise birthday party for our friend’s 30th birthday. Arrived to the location to an apartment that had not been cleaned AT ALL. It smelled of cigarettes, there was urine left in the toilet, beds were messy, towels on the floor and weed/tobacco shavings in the bathroom mirror sill. We were forced to ruin the surprise as we no longer had time to set up since we waited over an hour to hear back from AirBnB. We had to wait out front of the location on a busy street, IN our car and watch our friends arrive on the side of the street with us. We then had to pay substantially more to book a hotel room last minute in Ottawa since there were no other AirBnB options near the preferred location. Overall, extremely disappointed in the entire process and failure to help us after the fact.
