This property is nestled in the village of Bhatkanda. This is the only property ahead of the Twin Towers of Raila in the entire stretch of 2 km road. Therefore, you will find the quietness and serenity in your stay here, only made special by the chirpings of the birds of Greater Himalayan National Park.

Nearby Attractions :
(a) You can take a 15-minute/1-km walk to the Twin Towers and experience the history of the towers.
(b) You can also enjoy a 30-min uphill hike to the Bhatkanda meadows, one of the hidden treasures of Himachal. The view of the nearby mountains and snow cladded peaks from the meadows is extravagant.
(c) You can include the Rupi-Raila waterfall, the Sainj River, Pundrik Rishi Lake and Shangarh on a day tour from the property.

Other activities :
(a) You can choose to camp at one of the meadows during your stay.
(b) There are a number of trekking trails (from single day to multiple days) which you can enjoy.
(c) If you are a bird enthusiast, this is the best place for you as it is nested in the lap of Greater Himalayan National Park and a variety of bird species visit the property and nearby areas.

This property lies close to the Twin Towers of Raila, around 1 km from the sightseeing location. There is ample space for parking around the property.
- If traveling by public transport, you can reach Aut via bus. From Aut, you can take a car directly to Raila via Sainj. It will take you around Rs. 2000 for a car. There are also buses available directly from Aut to Raila or from Aut to Sainj and then another to Raila.
- If you are coming by your own vehicle, reach Sainj and search/ask local for Twin Towers of Raila (Dhaliara Kothi). Once you reach the towers, you will see a signboard of the homestay. It's just 1 km ahead.
