Margarita was easy to deal with. Prompt in response, and went out of her way to help when she did not need to. The place was clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The condo is well located. Easy to get to major highways to go to Seattle and surrounding area. And appears to be far safer than Seattle. Would recommend others and rebook if we come back to visit.

My parents reserved this place for us to stay after I had surgery in Seattle. I ended up getting out of the hospital early and they were able to accommodate for us for an extra night. Not only did they easily let us add an extra night but they also allowed us to do an early check in that way we were able to head to the Airbnb right after I got out of the hospital. In addition, the owner gave a discount because of the circumstances of why we were there. The condo itself was very nicely decorated, neat, and welcoming. The owner even left us a note wishing me well with my surgery and to give them a call if there was anything else we needed. Overall, it’s perfect place to stay with very kind owners and I would definitely stay here again!

Rita’s place was so lovely for our staycation in Bellevue! We wanted to be in a place that was close to public transit and activities in downtown. The place was so well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the modern furnishings and met our high bar for cleanliness. She was so responsive to all our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Rita’s place is perfect for families with younger children. My 1-year old felt right at home with the crib, high chair, toys and other baby friendly objects provided. Rita’s very responsive and proactive with her communication. The place also very roomy and spotless. I will definitely stay at Rita’s place again next time we’re in Bellevue.
