Visiting from Australia this was our second time staying in Matt’s accommodation and once again absolutely perfect! Home away from home, we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Every thing you need and location is perfect, just short stroll to canals, Merry Hill a massive shopping mall, short drive to Black Country Museum, Cadbury World and so much more! Thank you so much!

Great host who was excellent at communicating and left thoughtful touches to welcome us. Decor is basic but fine for what we needed as it was just a base for us to visit family over Christmas. Would happily stay there again

We stayed at Matt's place for the 2nd time in 3 months, so I don't think there is much better praise than that. As before everything was great and as advertised and the location really was good for us. Will definitely stay again.

Although there was a small misunderstanding at the beginning, it was resolved quickly in the end. This is a comfortable place to live, I would consider it if it was accepted for a long stay!
