This home has been updated with solid-surface flooring throughout to be friendlier to kids and dogs. There is a dog door to the back yard to accommodate pups up to about 45 lbs and an inner fence around the pool in case your little ones cant swim yet. This inner fence can be taken down upon request. We cater to longer term guests relocating to the area, here on extended contract work, or waiting for your home to be built. We have set our maximum limit to 180 days. This house is located in a wonderful family neighborhood. This house has been equipped to minimize the wear and tear of kids and dogs. The whole house has solid-surface flooring with area rugs for warmth and comfort. There is a dog door so the pooch can enter/exit at their discretion. The wifi is very fast at 200Mbps download and 120 Mbps upload so streaming will be fast and easy. 4 smart HDTV’s are present with one in the Living Room and one in each bedroom, except the office bedroom, so bring your Amazon, Netflix, and Hulu account info (be sure to sign out before leaving). House has fast Wifi so take advantage of Frontier Fiber Gig service included with your stay. 2 bedrooms and the formal dining room have ethernet ports if you need direct access to the internet without using wifi. Kitchen has granite counter tops stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with pots, pan, baking set, plates, Ninja blender, toaster, coffer makers (drip and K-cup), etc. There is a breakfast area where you can sip your coffee while looking out at the pool. The spa attached to the pool is only a soaking area. There is NO hot tub. The pool does NOT have heater. The pool is surround by a Protect-a-Child fence. This fence can be removed if requested (preferably prior to move in). There is a covered patio with grill and a full 8ft privacy fence surrounds it all. Large master bath has been updated with new vanity and granite, double sinks, frameless shower, freestanding tub, and door to the pool yard. We do allow dogs up to about 45lbs. There is a $100 pet fee. You will have exclusive use of the whole house and property! No one lives at this property. Home is fully furnished and includes lawn service, pool service, utilities, and internet. It is setup for longer-term stays and corporate housing. Remember there is a strict no smoking policy anywhere inside. Smoking is only allowed outside. Please pick up and dispose of your butts in the garbage. $500 fine will be assessed for any violations of the strict no smoking policy.
