The flat was in a quiet location but still close to shops restaurants and sites. The flat is a Paris flat with its size and shape. Only thing it was dirty. All the light switches were manky, someone hadn’t flushed the toilet and no soap in the kitchen to wash hands or dishes. Laundry in the wash old stuff toys and dead flowers about. BUT after we cleaned up and got soap. It was a lovely stay and we would stay again.

Exactly the traditional French apartment we were looking for! Close to Rome metro station and Sam allowed us to drop our bags early so we didn’t spend the day lugging them around !

Très belle apart dans le 8e. Proche du métro et il y a un Monoprix juste à côté. C’est calme et il y a aussi des restaurants pas trop loin à pas. Sam était attentif et a répondu à mes questions très rapidement.

Sam’s place was an unmissable stay in Paris. So well located, me and my friend were able to walk to Sacre Coeur and Palace de la Concorde and around you will find good restaurants and beautiful streets. Super close the the Rome metro station as well! The place was made even better for me as a remote worker since it had an amazing home office setup with an external monitor that made me feel home. I was able to work very comfortably (although don’t work a lot if you’re in Paris). You truly get the feeling the house has a real personality due to all the books and appliances left by Sam, and rhetorical cherry on top was the check in and check out with his sister, who might be one of the nicest people you will ever meet and told us of a bunch of things to do nearby and around Paris. Next time I’m in Paris I wouldn’t think twice to look to stay with Sam.

This was a great place to stay while I was in Paris. A little off the beaten path it was quiet and restful but easy to get around.
