James was very helpful and friendly. The place is very organized and conveniently located near a supermarket and restaurants. I had a nice stay during a month and would came back again!

I stayed for 3 weeks for work purposes. Jim was a good host. Responsive communication and accommodating. Nice basement of an old house with old-house features. There are lots of stuff in the basement but Jim kept it organized. The place matched the description Jim stated in the listing, it’s semi-private but it was pretty much private during my stay and Jim is very considerate and respectful of my privacy. It’s a good price for the location and the surrounding area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an inexpensive option in a convenient location.

It was a pleasure for me to meet with Jim he was always responsive, flexible, and had good communication. Wonderful property peaceful garden... The location is soo nice walkable to restaurants bars and coffee shops.
