Enjoy your stay in this upstairs unit w/ 3 bedrooms & 1 full bath, located in Graham NC, w/ private entrance to upstairs unit. A convenient location right off I-85, just minutes from downtown Graham, Elon University, Burlington, & Mebane, and only 30 minutes from Durham and Chapel Hill. My husband and I recently moved to NC where we both work as medical residents and thoroughly enjoy hosting our amazing Airbnb guests! The upstairs unit includes 3 private bedrooms, each complete w/ one bed (Queen, Full & Twin), as well as a full bathroom and a Keurig coffee machine w/ K-cups provided for our guests. Bedroom #1 has a workspace w/ chair, desk, and a microwave. Bedroom #2 has additional storage shelves. Bedroom #3 has a small mini-fridge to keep small drinks cool.

I never want to leave less than 5 stars but I do have to be transparent about our stay. To start the home was easy to find and check-in was a breeze. I always appreciate an easy check-in. The biggest issue upon arrival was realizing we had no kitchen, and had already bought groceries ahead of time. I later saw at the very bottom of the listing it said no kitchen. Obviously this was an oversight on our part, but when the listing says “entire home”, you don’t think you’re not going to have access to an entire home. We had two microwaves, a mini fridge and a nano fridge. We ending up buying a camping stove to get us thru the week. The other issue was we only had 2 very small towels and 2 face cloths, for 3 people, for 6 days. They did bring an extra towel and top sheet because the one in Bedroom 3 had a stain. All in all, it’s good for a quick stay but not the best for long stays if you don’t plan on eating out or from a microwave every night.

Catherine’s place was just as described. It was roomy and very clean. Graham is a lovely town to spend a few days. The location was also very convenient to Elon University. We were quite happy to spend a long weekend at Catherine’s place.

We booked this fairly last minute because our previous rental cancelled on us suddenly, and the rental was exactly as described, but it’s better suited for travelers without kids. It was great because there weren’t things for our kids to get into, but traveling with small children we realized we needed a kitchen area. But that’s not to say this location isn’t good! The hosts are so accommodating, we asked for fans to help cool the rooms off and they brought us some that same day. Communication was great, they’re very friendly, and the location was very clean and easy to get to. I’d definitely recommend for people that don’t have kids or need a kitchen area (and there’s plenty of places to eat locally!)
