Centrally located-pretty much a 10 minute drive to anything on the edge of town while major destinations-downtown, hospital, grocery stores are abt 5 min. away & one can walk to the the downtown area -it's about 6 blocks . An older, primarily blue-collar working neighborhood. There are some older vehicles/trucks in the neighborhood, some neighbors have as many weeds as they do lawn & some houses in need of exterior maintenance - but it is a safe, neighborhood, conveniently located to highways and destinations & our listing is low priced for the amenities we have.
