Advantages that surprised us: - friendly and responsive host, - the place was very clean. I have a baby who is crawling, and I decided to mop, just in case, and the water came out crystal clear!) - a.c. in both rooms as well as the large dining/living room - instant water cooler/heater in the kitchen - easy access to groceries, shopping centers, and deliveries - the price for the size and comfort is a great deal!

The apartment is really spacy. Kitchen is huge, there are two functioning bathrooms and two rooms plus lovely backyard isolated from street and neighbours. Three ACs in total to keep the space cool. For me, the greatest advantage of this place was quietness. We stayed in four different apartments in Asuncion and some more in other cities in Paraguay and barking dogs and music were heard everywhere especially at weekends. Here we only heard a few airplanes per day but it was not a problem at all.

No me costó nada coordinar la visita, persona amable, lugar bien céntrico y tranquilo para visitar los alrededores. Lo recomiendo.
