Melissa was the most responsive and easy host we have had. Melissa answered any questions we had within minutes. Melissa gave us some recommendations that were spot on! We were so happy at this house - it felt like home! Melissa left detailed instructions on everything we needed to know - and her responses when we needed to contact her were immediate and so friendly and helpful. The home was beautiful and well-kept; our host was accessible and kind; and we felt very comfortable and at-home for our entire stay there. Melissa is a wonderful hostess!

This house is in a great, quiet little neighborhood. The pool is fantastic and the house is just what you need for a weekend away. Definitely recommend.

We rented Melissa’s place but due to an unforeseen issue with a health condition, we were unable to stay. I can only say that we got to see the unit briefly and the unit is exactly as described. We would have loved if we could have stayed, but I wanted to make sure to recognize Melissa for her willingness to work with us and her understanding of our urgent medical situation. I would not hesitate to rent from Melissa again. Top notch communication all the way from questions before booking, up until needing to cancel our reservation. Highly recommend this host.
