Cute and peaceful location with beautiful views. The driveway is steep but it’s not that bad, especially if you have an SUV. If the driveway concerns you, you can park on the street. The neighborhood is quaint and the surrounding residents are very friendly. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed eating in the company of the neighborhood restaurants. Ryleigh was super responsive. I didn’t have to worry at all.

Listing is perfectly described. Great place -- very clean. Location was fantastic. Easy walk to Hyde Park area. We were also able to walk to Camel's Back and Hull's Gulch trails. Downtown Boise with its many restaurants is a quick drive away.

it was an overall good stay for the most part except there are holes in some parts of the house so there were a lot of bugs everywhere and it took about 30 mins to clean it out and cover the holes until we left. the trash was also in the trash cans still both in the kitchen and bathroom and there were stains on the bed, other than those small minor problems it was a good stay and a clean and beautiful home

I enjoyed the view from this location. Very inspirational for my art. Kind of tucked away which I loved. Quiet neighborhood. Would love to come back sometime.
