My little and I stayed here for a month and I could not recommend it more. It had everything you could want and need. Ryan has thought of everything. Ryan was so kind and gracious when a piece of home decor broke. I felt terrible, but he was so amazingly kind. I would gladly stay here again.

Ryan’s home was perfect. I spent my first month in Nashville here and it was everything I needed, and honestly felt like home quickly. Clean, comfortable, wonderful experience through and through.

I was very happy with my choice to stay here and would have happily stayed longer if it had been available. It has REALLY strong WiFi, is peaceful, and is a great price. I never had any real issues, but I was disappointed by a few things. And as someone who prefers to know any downsides of a place up front- I’ll just list them here. But as I said- none of these were a deal-breaker for me and I was still very happy with my choice to stay at Ryan’s place. * The shower doesn’t have the best water pressure and only has hot water for 14 minutes. Yes I timed it. :) For me this was a challenge. * There are no plants despite many in the pictures in the listing. As a plant lover this was definitely a bit disappointing. * The area/neighborhood is a bit rougher than I expected though I did adjust to it and ended up feeling entirely safe here even as a solo female traveler. * I had to spend a day giving the house a deep clean and organizing kitchen cabinets. * The mattress is pretty hard.

The house is a gem, the neighborhood convenient to everything (especially the Opryland area) and the host very helpful and responsive. Groceries (Kroger and Wal-Mart Neighborhood) are five minutes. Everything else no more than 10 minutes. The kitchen is great (I am a chef) and bedding very comfortable. We will definitely return.

Ryan was an amazing host! He works with your accommodations to make you have the best stay. The neighborhood was lovely and the spot was just amazing for your stay close to Nashville. The price was an absolute steal! Will definitely come here again. :)
