Pros - clean and tidy, comfortable beds, clean linen, welcome box of cleaning and condiments, conveniently located. Cons - one windowless bedroom (not mentioned on listing), iron unsafe (bare wires), toaster didn't work, floor damaged by bathroom.

The apartment was in a nice location, but we had a few problems. Firstly the lock system they have is mostly hit and miss, it doesn't work most of the time. They have us only one keycard (we were 3 adults) and resisted giving more cards for some reason. It made coming in and out of the apartment quite challenging. Our toiled flush also stopped working but they were quick to fix it. The apartment felt smaller than what it looked in the photos, and the description said we would have 2 double beds but only one room had double bed. The air conditioning worked ok but time to time it have some weird smell. One of the rooms didn't have a window at all and other one had a window to an inner courtyard, so they were quite dark.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and as expected. The location was good, it was located near the metro station.
