The apartment (bunglow) was good, however the bunglows around were ghostly ( especially the one beside we stayed was with broken windows n roof ) n not a single person was around it was very creepy at night.

Nice and beautiful place. House was clean though floors can be mopped properly. Overall stay was comfortable. Since I am a vegetarian and most of the Konkani restaurants serve seafood, hence my preference was to cook something at home. I was told that gas stove is available but I found cylinder empty.I informed Vishal and he mentioned that he will arrange one but it seems in that remote location arranging a cylinder at short notice is not feasible. However, with Induction plate, we were able managed.

The property is situated on the Hill top, a gated housing Project. House is about 650 mtr from the Main Gate on the hill, parking is on the road in front of the house. Beach is far away so have to use vehicle or by a long walk & a hill climb at your way back. The view from the Varanda is of the sea and mountains, and sunset is relaxing. Sometime can hear peacock as surrounded by forest. House is clean, with all the amenities needed. Host is very kind, responsible & helpful. Nearest Departmental store and market at Harnai 2-3 km, Many Restaurant and HOTELS down of the hill by the beach road. Note: Don't open both back bedroom's sliding windows. Cons. Have no Cellular network indoor, outdoor Vi and BSNL calls only. Wifi is good but speed goes down from 18:00-22:00 everyday. Housing project is new so nobody is currently permanently living in there, family come for 2-3 day sometimes, so can be possible to be fully alone in the whole project except one guard and two maintenance guys.
