Great location. Awesome house. Pool was perfect: Beach was clean and not crowded. Bedrooms were large and beds comfortable.

Location is everything, and this place was everything we wanted! Upon driving up to the home, our first impressions were that it is an attractive house, and —-Wow— it’s so close to the beach. Upon entering the home, we were impressed by the split level layout of the home and open, airy feel. The living room is beautifully appointed and that paved the way for the rest of the beach-themed home. The bedrooms were lovely, and the three bathrooms were definitely suitable. There is even an outdoor shower for extra convenience! Speaking of the outdoors, there were several wonderful areas in which to relax. The upstairs bedrooms had balconies overlooking the glorious pool yard and the outdoor furniture was abundant and comfortable. Back inside the house, the very functional, albeit slightly outdated, kitchen contained cutlery, dishes, glassware, cookware, spices, paper goods, and appliances aplenty. We appreciated the Keurig, and even could have utilized the more standard coffee maker. The linens and towels were of good quality, and having access to laundry machines was an added bonus. Even though the pool equipment was a bit faulty at the time of our stay, the owners were immediately reachable and worked hard to get a pool guy to rectify the issue as soon as possible. Their communication and transparency was appreciated!. As a point of interest, there were four beach passes provided with the house, which worked fine for us, but larger families would have to pay for daily passes (I believe it was $12) for extra guests if all went to the beach at the same time. Overall, I would strongly recommend staying there to anyone looking for a large, extremely functional house with a pool, many amenities, and close beach access.

Pros: location and off-street parking Cons: Everything else. We were the first renters of the season and the place was obviously not professionally cleaned prior to our arrival, which was absurd given the number of times they told us to keep the place clean. It was literally cleaner when we left than when we got there. They'd also left the thermostat at 81! so when we arrived on a 94 degree day it took a solid 24 hours to get cool. The owners never responded to an email I sent prior to our arrival. There were loose electrical wires hastily and sloppily hidden behind a kitschy beach sign which my young daughter discovered as she was trying to flip on a light. The pool wasn't clean, and while they did send their pool guy eventually (took 3 days of back and forth) the pool skimmer the owners left was totally ruined to the point of being useless so it didn't matter that he scrubbed the bottom of the pool. All in all, an awful way to spend nearly $7k.

Easy check in, great location, a little dated but everything was clean and well kept! Some of the screens were loose in the windows but other than that we had a really great stay

This home is very dated. Everything has years of wear and tear. When we left the house everything was perfect. The next day I get a call from the owner stating that the outdoor umbrella on the patio table is “broken”. She admitted herself that they had to fix it three times prior and now she wants me to pay to replace it. She has a ring camera watching the entire backyard which I asked her to review so she could see we never broke it and she refused stating that she will be taking it out of our security deposit. Beware if any normal wear and tear happens in this house she will charge you for it! We will not be coming back to this one.
