The location was right by the water, set in a beautiful environment. The lake was pristine, and we felt completely relaxed throughout our stay. Although reaching the cottage required a bit of a walk, it wasn't enough to deter us from staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and look forward to coming back. Thanks Ashley

Ashley's cottage was a beautiful retreat. It was clean and the dock on the lake was fantastic. The screened-in porch really makes the place, and when the mosquitos come out at night - that is where you will be spending your time. Very cozy and chill spot. Unfortunately the kitchen sink was not working correctly. It had only a trickle of water and tap had come loose from the counter. We let Ashley know and she was apologetic - said she would fix for the next guest (didn't tell her until Sun, don't think it could have been repaired on the weekend). She offered us late check-out as compensation, which we did. The BBQ could really use deep cleaning and maintenance - used once but could not get a consistent high temperature One last point: heed the warnings about accessibility. That hike down from the road to cottage is not for small children or the very old. Climbing back up is a good workout...but make sure when you hike down from your car to he cottage you don't forget anything!

Beautiful cottage, had such a lovely time. Very clean and peaceful. Perfect for a nature getaway. Amazing host as well, very helpful and kind.

Fantastic cottage for an off the grid getaway! The space had everything needed to unwind for a long weekend. Worth a rebook!

A great stay at this rustic cottage. Believe the warnings about the trek down! It is well worth it once you are set up and enjoying the peace and quiet!
