Our expectations were not really realized, and we believe the location is not worth the amount we paid. Even though we were there during the rainy season, the ground floor lacked air conditioning and was sweltering. The bathroom sink in the poolside area was clogged, and the floor was covered in grime. The bedroom's AC was unable to cool the space. I most certainly won't return to this location.

Its a great place to unwind/relax with your family. The place had sereval negative reviews when I booked it but when we finally stayed, I can say that everything was fine and working. From it's ameneties such as karaoke and pool. The place smells good as well plus the airconditioning are working fine. There's a sari sari store nearby who got all your needs. -needs deep cleaning (Nanlilimahid ang fixtures, windows) (May mga ipis sa banyo and Isang room) -Pool badly needs maintenance (Pinaka marumi at green na pool na Nakita ko) -aircon needs cleaning, it can barely cool the room, we had to use the electric fan to make it bareable, my kids are sweating. -living room is not air-conditioned, 2ceiling fans not enough to cool the small living room. -blankets are small fleece blanket like kid's size. -matress are cheap kind, you can feel the metal bar frames of the bed. -expects claygo but charges cleaning fee -expects claygo but does not provide sponge and dishwashing liquid -expects claygo but does not provide trash can in toilets and in the kitchen. -no toiletries, (soap, shampoo, toilet tissue) -property was not ready during check in -
