Fantastic location and property. Lots of room for 6 people. Well stocked and super clean. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Winnipeg.
Joey’s place was awesome. It was clean, rooms are big, kitchen is very nice and its in a quiet neighborhood which you will feel safe. He was very responsive when we asked something from him. I highly recommend his place
I recently stayed at a stunning house that exceeded all my expectations. The impeccable design and attention to detail were evident throughout the property. The immaculate cleanliness of the house made for a luxurious stay. The spacious rooms were elegantly decorated and provided a peaceful retreat. Overall, I highly recommend this house for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway.
Wonderful stay with family. The home was exactly as advertised. The only glitch we had was an issue with the front door lock and Joey was very quick to provide assistance. He checked in with us during our stay to make sure we we didn’t need anything. Would stay here again without hesitation
You will be staying in Bridgewater, one of most premier neighborhoods in Winnipeg. New development near Route 90 and the Tuxedo border. Central to many things, yet private in its location. This neighborhood is known for its friendly community and desirable, safe central location. I'd venture to say, it's one of if not the most affluent neighborhoods in the city. It's definitely one of my favorites.
Costco is just 2 minutes away, and nice restaurants such as Joey's and Moxies, Boston Pizza, Keg Steakhouse, and Sushi you name it right around. Go further north, the outlet mall is new and within another 1-2 minute drive. Plenty of shopping and eating options all around. Right next to the new Outlet mall is IKEA. Both are well worth checking out!
For breakfast, there is the Orginal Pancake House, and Stella's is less than a few minutes away, just north of Kenaston - one of my favorite spots.
Head further north approximately 5 minutes, and you are now nearing the St. James area and Polo Park which has arguably the best shopping in the city.
Head east and follow Route 90 north to Corydon, then head east - you are at the confusion corner, and in a total of fifteen minutes you will find yourself in the heart of Winnipeg's Little Italy / Osborne Village with many great bars and restaurants.
Head East 2 minutes you will get to the Pembina Hwy, where they are different styles of restaurants for you to choose from, such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Canadian, or those big-name chain Brands.
Getting around is easy either by car, by public transit, uber or taxi.
Indoor attached 2-car Garage parking spots are included and are very convenient if you decide to get a rental car for the duration of your stay.
There are bus stops all around the neighborhood as well, and planning your route is simple on the city website/app or on your smartphone.
