I loved the location. We had such easy access to the train to go in to Porto. There were lots of fun places to go and explore. We felt very safe. It was a lovely introduction to our first trip to Portugal.

O imóvel eh bem localizado, otima decoração, muito bem equipado e uma boa garagem. Por outro lado, falta manutenção, principalmente no banheiro comum e na parte eletrica, pois o disjuntor caia com frequência.

Had a lovely stay at David's apartment for 5 days. Prior to booking, David was exceptionally quick and responsive with all my questions. David was extremely welcome and accommodating with my requests. During check-in, personally greeted me and my two little cats on arrival. Was kind enough to explain and give me a tour and tips for Gaia to visit. The apartment is gorgeous, spacious and with 3 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms, there is a lot of space for big groups. It's also beautifully decorated. I especially love the thoughtfulness of placing a bed for the cats to sleep in. The kitchen is fully equipped and I also loved the bathroom showers, good pressure and spa features. Heating/cooling air conditioning available everywhere. Location-wise, it's close to the centre of the main avenida. Almost 20 minutes walk to to the River Douro, Cais de Gaia or you can take the metro also. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you David & Fernanda for accommodating us! Hope to stay here very soon!

The apartment was really cozy, close to the metro station, supermarkets, was a great place to stay. My parents stayed there for around a month and David was always prompt to reply to any questions we might have. Strongly recommend, was a joyful stay!
