Admittedly, they had included in the listing/description that the pool could be heated for $175/per degree per week, but a day before we went, I reached out and whoever responded to me let me know that the pool was in the mid-eighties gut water temp. Not even close. And for $3k per night, I think the jacuzzi/spa should be heated. House was huge. Ok for a vacation, but not the kind of house I would design for myself. Very comfortable, not very beachy. Had some issues with the dishwasher and got the run around pretty good. Wouldn’t shut off, and made a TON of noise for 24 hours, which stunk. I’m told I’m getting a partial refund, but when I follow up with Air BnB I don’t get a response. In fairness, I think a lot of the issues were with Air BnB and not vacasa.

No main room TV for 4 days. No cushions for patio furniture the entire 2 weeks. Pool temperature very cold hardly used, was told it was set at 78, nowhere close, the ocean was warmer. Outside patio TV didn't work, nor the barbeque vent fan. The grill was filthy and took half an hour to clean. Not worth what we spent! I will question myself before using Airbnb again.

The home is beautifully set between the beach and the inland waters. The listing though shows photos and states there are 3 fireplaces however when I asked Vacasa how to turn on the fireplaces once I was there they stated they are not for guest use. I was looking forward to curling up and reading a book by a fireplace. Secondly we spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to turn the jets on in the pool spa only to find out that the controls are locked out from guests and only controlled remotely and that the owner can change the settings. Very disappointing. The listing stated that the pool was heated to 78 degrees for Dec/Jan however the pump and heater only run a couple of hours a day and the pool never really reached 78 degrees. Another huge disappointment. The yard had cables and scattered trash. All the trash cans were full upon our arrival and smelled awful. Also no one knew exactly what day trash pick up was, so we asked a neighbor. Local contact not responsive

The home is beautiful and very well maintained. The one bathroom tub was not clean. I made Vacasa aware of this but did not hear back from them. The communication with Vacasa was not accurate on several points including late check out and what was available at the house.
