The place was phenomenal and I loved that the local recommendations that Diana (Julian's mom) made for me. She lived in the building so when something happened I could reach her easily. I had a small incident when I was staying with them and one of the french windows ended up breaking. They were prompt to help me get it fixed and only charged me for the cost of the damages that the repair guy charged, I was very grateful for this. The only issue I would say is that the button to open the gate does not work sometimes resulting in me having to go down 5 floors to get my food on a few occasions, other than that I loved everything. Thank you Julian and Thank you Diana. I will come back and stay soon. :)

Clean place with a big balcony on the top floor of a five floor building. Both Julian and his mom were always available to make the stay comfortable. Staying in Belen was a nice change away from the more touristic areas of town but just a 10 min Uber to the restaurants of Laureles. There a market on the corner 2 mins away. Thank you for hosting!

Soggiorno molto gradevole, in zona tranquilla e confortevole, molto vicina al bus e ad un centro commerciale (Los Molinos). I genitori dell'host abitano nello stesso edificio, per cui la comunicazione di persona si è molto ben combinata con la comunicazione via wapp con l'ost stesso.

Great place super clean , spacious , great place for long stay. 5th floor not elevator but the balcony makes it worth it.

Julian’s apt was in a great neighborhood and the apartment was very well kept. The patio is beautiful and it’s perfect for Medellin weather.
