The check-in process was rough with it taking 20 minutes to get into the door. The place was remodeled though the building was older. Be sure to print the parking pass before coming, they don't provide one. The only negative I would say was the tip envelope for housekeeping after being charged >$200 cleaning fee. Seemed tacky after paying $1300+.

The location is the best thing I can say about this property. Gorgeous beach, views were amazing. This condo is updated and very fresh looking. BUT!! Communication with the property management company was terrible and inaccurate. We did not get codes for the front entry area and had to wait around when we arrived after a long day of travel and multiple flights to try to ask a random stranger to let us in. We also did not receive the entry code for the beach and pool access area until day 2 so we had to ask random people to let us in there also. Additionally, and this was the biggest problem…the washing machine was broken and reported so by a previous guest. It was not repaired or replaced for our entire 6 day stay. Our family of 5 at a beach front property swimming, beach fun, hot tub, showers, and NO way to wash towels the entire time. By Day 4 we had used and reused all of the towels multiple times and I messaged multiple times asking for clean towels since the washing machine wasn’t getting fixed, yet nothing. Dirty, sandy, multiple times used over over towels were all we had. Super frustrating and yucky.

Great location, decorated well and equipped with everything we needed. Thermostat couldn’t go below 73 degrees, so the unit stayed rather warm. We’ve rented in the area for years and never had this restriction before.

You can’t beat the view and access to the beach. The decor is wonderful and simple. The kitchen had everything we needed. A little sandy, but I guess that can’t be helped since it is a beach side condo. All in all, I will be booking this spot again in the future. My kids have unforgettable memories of this place and the view from the balcony.

Great property with everything you need for your beach front get away! The sunsets from the back balcony are breath taking. The space is set up perfectly for a family and has everything you would need for a get away. The end unit is nice with two balconies - one overlooking the beach and directly facing the sunset and the other overlooking the pool area and beach. We found it very convenient for getting to both the beach and the pool quickly. It is also the only unit that I saw with an porch swing on the balcony - nice bonus for relaxing at the end of the day. There is also plenty of space indoors for everyone to relax.
