We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. It is very peaceful and quiet most of the time. SMA can get loud on the weekends but I think that is everywhere in town. The pool is lovely and there are tons of outdoor spaces to enjoy. There is only one King bed the rest of the beds are double, this could be a postive or negative depending on what you are looking for. It is a bit of a walk to town, which again could be positive or negative depending on what you are looking for. We liked the quiet and taxi's were easy to arrage if we didn't want to walk. Communication was very easy with the host and she went out of her way to help us arrange meals and anything we needed. I recommend this lovely home!

El alojamiento está de lujo: tiene absolutamente todo lo que dicen en la descripción, superó las expectativas mucho, sólo hay que considerar que para estacionarse está difícil, llevábamos 3 autos, y sólo uno cupo en el garage. Pero salvo eso, todo bien. Excelente vista, excelentes acabados, eso sí, hay que considerar que tiene bastantes escaleras para aquellas personas que tengan dificultades para moverse. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a quedar ahí.

The house is beautiful. Lots of open spaces. A few things to note: there are no bathrooms inside any of the rooms and no mirrors. That might be a little bit uncomfortable when you have a group of 8 people staying at the house all showering at the same time. Only 1 room has a king sized bed (the pictures show that 2 rooms have king beds). Control remotes from one of the rooms didn’t have batteries for the A/C and TV. No pool towels. Bathroom from the upper floor wasn’t closing. Besides these little details the house is beautiful. Very close to the city center. Beautiful pool with open spaces. Brand new home and would definitely stay there again!
