SPACE: Given that there were 10 of us, we expected to be slightly cramped, but the airbnb was much bigger than we expected. The large communal areas were great for us to gather around and the bedrooms were spacious. The showers had great water pressure, the outdoor shower was a great bonus, and the kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of amenities (towels, sheets, toiletries, etc.) and the beds were comfortable. The house and the appliances itself were a little old, but we didn't mind it. LOCATION: The privacy and peacefulness of this was airbnb was perfect. The dock was a couple steps around the corner and being able to take out the kayaks for a quick day activity was amazing. HOSTS: Alison and Jim are incredibly kind, gracious and very responsive. There were issues with the wi-fi, but it was more of a server error but they couldn't've been nicer to try and resolve the issue remotely. Check in and out instructions were clear and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Alison & Jim were excellent hosts responding almost instantly to questions that helped with our stay. The house is near perfect for what we wanted and the location could not have been better. A gem on the cape.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alison and Jim's place in Falmouth. The house was clean and spacious for six adults with enough bathrooms, good water pressure and a great outdoor shower! Several of our group had to work remotely while there and the WiFi was excellent for everyone making video calls etc. We made full use of the kayaks and really enjoyed our days on the water exploring the bay and Washburn Island, finding peaceful beaches and tucked away inlets filled with interesting bird and wildlife. We also enjoyed the recommended Shining Sea Bikeway and dinners out at Bad Martha's (nearby) and La Cucina Sul Mare and Anejo Mexican Bistro in downtown Falmouth. The hosts were very responsive and friendly and we would definitely revisit as there would be plenty more to see and do in the area.

We had a great stay here with a large multigenerational group. I appreciated having 2 separate living spaces in addition to the large dining room. The house well well stocked with all supplies including great extras like kayaks and beach chairs. It was nice being so close to the water and able to go on an easy kayak trip right from the house.

My family and I had a lovely stay in Falmouth! The house is so close to the bay and has so many kayaks, games, and beach supplies available that we spent many fun days on the water. The kitchen was very well stocked that it made it easy to do everything from brew a big pot of coffee in the morning to grilling a feast in the evening. Alison was incredibly kind and responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us. We highly recommend this spacious, comfortable, and convenient spot in Falmouth.
