Just returned from 3 nights at this wonderful place! Our first family holiday with a 5 month old baby and two dogs! The place was perfect - separate from the main barns which meant we weren’t worrying if the baby cried in the middle of the night! There was plenty of space for everyone and the barn is kitted out with everything we needed to cook for our 3 night stay! The field for walking the dogs in was perfect! Location was amazing, so close to so many fabulous places we visited Trelissick, Perranporth, Tehidy all within 20 mins. Truro is a stones throw and yet you wouldn’t even realise with this rural setting! We will be back, just crossing our fingers they aren’t booked up already for our next dates!!

We stayed at Kate's place for four nights. The property is easy to find when following Kate's directions and check in is very straightforward. We were warmly welcomed by Kate when we arrived. The location is pretty, quiet, and peaceful, as well as being only a short drive from the centre of Truro. It was particularly quiet at night and we slept really well. The loft has everything you need for a few days away and is ideal for a couple. It is cosy and nice and warm with the heaters provided. The kitchen has everything you need to make simple meals for yourself if you don't feel like eating out. The bed deserves a particular mention as it was really comfortable. The loft was also very clean and tidy. Overall, we thought this was excellent value for money and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

It was a lovely place to stay. We enjoyed the area and even the narrow roads (if you don't go the Hospital way) every time we did go through a different narrow road so it was kind of adventure. The place itself was lovely, clean and tidy.
