Charming Minimalist Villa with Large Private Pool and Panorama Deck with Forest View This Tranquil getaway is situated in the middle of Wine and Gastronomy routes and is very close to beautiful beaches. It has a very large private pool with sunbathing decks and lounge chairs all around it. THE VILLA and the LAND PLOT The Villa is in fact the Guest House of the main property. However, the main property and the other units will be empty during your stay. Accordingly, the whole land plot of approximately 1400 m2 will only be dedicated to you during your stay. INDOOR SPACES Living/Kitchen Room: -The Villa has a decent size living room with an open kitchen. The minimalistic design of the layout will give you clutter-free refreshing experience. -The kitchen part of the living room is equipped with full size fridge with a big separate freezer. 2 stoves and a dishwasher and an extractor hood (All built-in, Siemens). -Regarding small appliances, we provide a tea-maker, a Nespresso machine and a milk-foamer dedicated for your use. -We also provide the necessary utensils like cutlery, plates, cups, glasses as well as pans and pots. -The living-room comes with AC and two sofas. Bedrooms in the Villa: -The Villa has 2 bedrooms. Both has their own AC units. The layout is 2 single beds per room. -If requested one-week in advance one of the rooms could be converted to a two-person-bed arrangement for couples instead of 2 single beds. Bathroom: -The Villa has a decently laid out bathroom with shower, sink and a toilet. Additional Guest Room with private Bathroom: -If requested one week in advance, we could provide an additional closed space of 30 m2 for your use. -This space has its own bathroom, sink and a toilet. It could be used as an additional bedroom or a study room. -Please be aware of the fact that this space is not in the same building. But it is on the same level with Villa, so it does not feel isolated. POOLS -The Large Pool area is separated into different purposes and uses. -The main section is very large and suitable for your swimming workouts. It also has two underwater concrete seats with a built-in table tray for your cocktails/ coffee breaks. -The Shallow Pool area is adjacent to the Villa and is very convenient for small children as it is a little more than ankle deep. -Inside this shallow pool section there is also a dedicated sunbathing deck together with sunbeds. -There is also a Jacuzzi section as well. THE GARDEN and the DECKS: Villa Balcony: -The Villa has its very large balcony directly accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms. -This balcony has a table and 4 chairs. The forest view from this balcony is very nice looking over the roofs of other villas. -This large balcony is facing the east side and therefore you would enjoy the breeze after around 14:00 and very convenient for dining. If you look down you could also see the vegetable garden. Villa Deck: -The roof deck of the Villa is accessible via design stairs with rails and the view from here is fantastic with unobstructed forest scenery. -There is a running water and electricity outlets for practicality and lots of seating areas (with pillows if requested in advance). The star gazing activity from here is highly recommended. Lawn: -There are sections of the yard covered with grass very convenient for morning sports. Lounge areas: -There is also separate lounge seating arrangements around the pool with large tents so that you could enjoy your day even in very hot summer days. -Again you would find electricity outlets by the tent area for your outdoor office .
