All l can say about this apartment is, that l have been so happy about staying here, that I have rented it 3 times before. And also once in the same building above this apartment with the roof terrace. Everything is so nice, only if you get disturbed by the noice in this lively neighborhood, you should bring earplugs with you.

Great new apartment in the centre of Kadiköy. A lot of bars/restaurants just under the apartment, 10-15 minutes walking to the Moda embankment. Very warm in the winter! The only thing is that internet is a bit slow, so it’s not good for videocalls if you work.

A great location on the asian side of Istanbul, really close to the station and easy to connect with the airport. Akif responds really quickly to messages and was friendly. The location is close to the action with lots of bars and restaurants in the area and if you need to explore the otherside, the boat dock or Metro are nearby. It maybe a little loud for some, but this wasnt a big problem for us

L’hôte est très réactif, Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Tout est mis à disposition pour passer un bon séjour , l’emplacement est idéal tout est à proximité, le logement se situe dans le centre-ville donc le bruit n’est pas à prendre à la légère si vous avez un sommeil léger. Je vous le recommande si vous êtes de passage à Istanbul Kadiköy

The position is very convenient, the apartment is clean and according to the description, also has all the essentials needed for a conmortable stay. The check in was quick and easy, and Akif was always available for any questions and clarifications. Highly recommended!
