Javier was a great host. He replied immediately to all our questions and concerns. He also allowed us early access to the apartment because we had an extremely early arrival time which really helped so much! The apartment is just like the photos, the pool is beautiful, the lobby was perfect for pics, and great restaurants right in the building. Great location--maybe 10 min drive to casco viejo and the marina and walking distance to markets. We would definitely stay here again. Tia

Just returned from 5 weeks at Javier's apartment. It is beautiful, including an expansive balcony on 36th floor directly overlooking Pacific Ocean. You can watch the ships entering and exiting the Canal from the balcony, day and night with overhead fan and Amazon music (free). Very stunning building, easy to walk to shoreline, restaurants, groceries and other stores. Quiet, faces directly south for sunlight and very easy to get Ubers at building. Best restaurants nearby include Market (our favorite) and La Strega, Blame Kiki right inside building, plus Santa Rita in Old Town (great food and service). Central Hotel in Old Town is a great place to have a glass of cava on a hot afternoon after walking around the Old Town. Javier's English is quite good, always available . Overall, had a very delightful and relaxing time at the apartment.

Nice apartment at Yoo. Nicely furnished as well. Yoo had problems with a mandatory but prolonged gas test. Javier informed as before and offered a discount or cancellation. We went with the discount and accepted the “cold” water. Javier was super upfront about it. Thanks! Also we forgot something in the apartment and we were informed about it and were able to pick it up 🙏🏼

The unit was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. Javiar was very helpful and responsive. While we were there, the condo building had some maintenance issues and Javiar kept us up to date and ensured we had what we needed during that time. The area is wonderful with lots of things to do within walking distance. If we return to Panama City we would love to stay here again.
