It was conveniently close to Sutton Market and had good access to bus transportation. However, it lacked a nearby train station for even more convenience. Cons: 4. **Cleanliness**: Unfortunately, there were some issues with cleanliness: - **Spiderwebs**: There were too many spiderwebs around the room, which can be unsettling. - **Clutter**: In front of the room, there was a lot of rubbish, indicating a need for better upkeep. - **Room Condition**: The room itself had too many unnecessary items, making it feel cramped. - **Cleanliness**: While it appeared tidy, it wasn't as clean as it should have been. - **Bedding**: The sheets on the bed didn't have a fresh laundry scent, suggesting they might not have been cleaned recently.

Masako was very pleasant and friendly and visible too while respecting personal space at the same time. There's not a great deal to do around the local area but it's a safe and peaceful area and the train station is closeby if you don't have a car. Property itself is small and cosy and suitable for a short stay.
