The listing was 100% accurate with photos and details of the place. This is a great location to stay at if you are skiing at Snowbasin. The home was very comfortable, the kitchen was clean and had all the necessary dishes and appliances. The home was in great shape, and I would love to stay again! Friendly and responsive host, clear check-out instructions, and easy check-in. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Evolve’s place is wonderful. It was very cozy with great beds and just an amazing vibe. It was sadly advertised that it was next to the lake but there’s no access point. You need to drive half a mile and pay $20 to go swimming. That was the worst part. Evolve also doesn’t message through Airbnb, they give you a Guest contact who you can message through text. During your stay. The guest contact was friendly. My problem with that is if it’s not through the airbnb system, you don’t have the extra security of Airbnb being able to help you if there are problems.

This place is much bigger than described, and much closer to the water than described. So, don’t stress over sleeping arrangements or hauling beach supplies. Access was easy, and the amenities are great but the downside was with the stocking of the Airbnb. I know it’s a little fickle…but that’s what separates an Airbnb from a hotel room. While the home itself is great upon arrival there was little to no toilet paper, no propane gas in the tank and no WiFi. We had to pause the vacation to go take care of these thing which erks me a little. Don’t let it stop you from booking this gem but just be ready to run errands and use a hot spot.
