Ermindy was very responsive and friendly. But her place need some care. It is way better on the picture. The safety rail on the bunkbed is broken. We couldn't use the upper bed. The washer/dryer are not like the picture, its an old machine with no dryer. Also no balcony to dry our clothes. Found a huge cockroach in the laundry room and lots of traps everywhere. Also cockroaches in hallway of the building. Pool dirty, not like pic. We arrived 1h late. Ermindy tried to reach us but should understand not all foreigners have access to phone services and internet. I asked a lady beside the building to use her wifi. We didn't know the appart number nor the wifi password so without this lady, we'd have to go somewhere to find internet. Being late on arrival happened, an other way for check-in should be find. We stayed 2 nights and moved to another place. Couldn't have our money back because Ermindy's rules is set-up for reimbursement only until 1 week before arrival, before seeing the place.

I have stayed in multiple airbnbs in costambar, but I absolutely loved this airbnb because the views were pretty, it was quiet, and close to the beach and amazing restaurants! The hosts were so welcoming and helpful! The pool was a nice bonus as well!
