This was such a wonderful stay! The house was adorable, very cozy and exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and organized, which was appreciated. It was in a great location, being less than 20 minutes away from Lake George. Allan is a great host who is accommodating and communication with him before the trip was easy. I really enjoyed the “Welcome Book” that he sends out prior to your stay. It gives a great overview of the house with every detail you need to know, as well as recommendations for local restaurants and entertainment. You won’t be disappointed staying in this house and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The place was fantastic and described very well. Allan was very accommodating, especially since the weather wasn't great, he allowed us to stay later on our check out day. The drive to Lake George was easy and quick for the things we did have planned. The house itself was very clean and well put together and there was plenty of space to play games later on. The house is right across the street from the River Walk, tennis courts (Allan had rackets and balls in the kitchen), and basketball courts. Definitely plan to return to explore the area a little more!

My family and I had a great time staying at Allan’s place! Everything that we needed was provided in the house. Great location and very peaceful. We enjoyed being so close to everything as well. The host, Allan, was very accommodating and responsive when communicating with him. Definitely recommend his place!

We had a party of six people stay at this AirBnb for a bachelorette weekend and it was a perfect location for all the activities we had planned in Lake George and the surrounding area. We couldn’t help but notice how clean and organized the house was. We had everything we could possibly need. Allan even let us know that the house was available before and after the check-in times listed. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
