Great location and home. Very quiet neighborhood. The home met our expectations

We loved our stay here. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were large, and it would be a great option for four couples or even a large family. The outside space is great and we loved having the covered patio when we wanted to get out of the sun. The house is in a very nice neighborhood, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. There is a well stocked kitchen, plenty of toiletries, and lots of blankets and pillows. We felt like it was a great value, especially during the busy spring training season. Minor areas for improvement would be to have the kitchen knives sharpened, and refinish the wood table on the patio, but nothing really significant. Highly recommend and we would happily go back.

The house was pretty clean and well appointed. Check in was simple and smooth. Bart was nice about early check in and also promised us a late check out in the afternoon, prior to agreeing to allow us to stay. However, when we arrived, we realized that the pool was unheated. Being that it was winter in Arizona and very cold at night, the pool was freezing and not enterable. Brat responded to us when we reached out to him about this, but was very unhelpful, unsympathetic and even somewhat sarcastic. I understand that this was a misunderstanding- I had assumed that the a pool is generally heated unless if specified, I guess I was wrong about that. If this would have been my only issue, I would not have written this review. When I reached out to confirm afternoon checkout, Brat only allowed us to stay until 12 and wouldn't budge, even if he had initially promised afternoon checkout. This was upsetting, because the afternoon checkout had been the clincher when I had settled on this house.
