Matteo’s place is clean, spacious, and good location to base yourself to go see Tuscany country side. It has a rooftop terrace with beautiful view and a balcony that we sat out for our breakfast. The location is perfect to explore different areas. It is very peaceful and we had a great time there. Communication with Matteo was great! This is definitely a hidden gem. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is clean, spacious, gets a lot of sunlight, and comfortably and stylishly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and has a sufficient set of cooking ware. Hosts were accommodating and easily reachable. We had a great stay and will definitely like to stay again.

Great value for money - we loved our stay in Matteo's apartment with all the amenities it has to offer (free parking, central location in Tuscany, a lot of space to store things, jacuzzi, balcony, rooftop terrace and fitness room). Everything went smoothly, was perfectly clean and we were received warmly. Would love to come again when visiting Tuscany!

Matteo is a great host. We were staying there as it was close to a wedding venue we were attending. It was lovely to get back to the calm, cool, spacious and well equipped apartment after the celebrations. The roof terrace is lovely to sit and relax either in the jacuzzi or under an umbrella. We had a problem with lack of water but Matteo came and fixed it immediately even though it was late in the evening. We could not ask for a better host.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit einer super Dachterasse, die für die beiden Einheiten aufgeteilt ist. Klimaanlage und Ladestation für das E-Auto funktionieren perfekt, dazu alles super sauber und sehr nette Gastgeber! Gerne wieder!
